I have searched the listings to see if I could find the solution and found
none so I'm submitting this question.

I have Microsoft Outlook 2003 installed and cannot send (never could) mail.
It hangs up in the Outbox with the message System Administrator
Undeliverable. I have no clue where to go to troubleshoot or fix. Any
insight to this would be wonderful. I appreciate you're taking the time to
respond.
