I previously worked for hours with Sonic tech's over phone and Phone co rep
at home. No luck. I rechecked settings and those from Sonic site do NOT work
for me. I cannot use SSL settings as sonic will not accept my password so I
use ports 25 -- 110 and not ssl. these were given to me by sonic.

Review all your settings here *very carefully*. Every checkbox. etc.

I have had help here before with no cure but I did find a workaround--make
a new identity--which will work for days to weeks before needing new
identity again. This is a lot of work with mail moving, rules, newsgroups,
etc.

Have completely removed Avast in previous attempts with no help.
Your thoughts please--It's a real annoyance and restricts business uses IE
big excel files.
