Default Get count of messages in Excel

You can drag one or more OE messages to another (Windows) folder, Biff.

One of many snags is that all EML files in a "conversation" will all have
the same filename (and Windows doesn't like that).

Thanks.

Someone steered me in the right direction. Basically, you need 3rd party
software to extract the messages then you can go from there but it's not
something I want to invest any money in.

Doubtful, even if OE were open to your Inbox.

Any of you OE experts out there know if this is possible:

Using VBA in Excel, get the count of messages in my inbox?

If this is possible just let me know and I can fill in the details.
