After furious head scratching, dij asked:

| All of a sudden I'm getting repeats on all my incoming email. I've
| talked to my ISP and they say the problem's on my end because I only
| get one copy of the email in their webmail. It turns into 2 by the
| time I download it to my machine (Outlook '03).

| I have changed no settings and cannot find a setting for in email
| options that deals with this.

| Any ideas?
