Assuming that she has the correct e-mail address for you, the message
seems to be saying that your ISP is rejecting the messages.

The [BODY} part leads me to suspect there is something in the body of
the message that your ISP considers to be spam.

Your relative appears to be using Yahoo. If she has set up a signature,
she might try turning that off and see if she has better results.

the xxx is replacement for my genuine email address.

I receive hundreds of emails a week. And I never get complaints from
other
people.
