Default Setting up Message Rule in OE 6

Where the TO or CC does NOT contain your-email-address Delete it

You star the rule was does contain, then on the Options but you can
change to the NOT.

Note, that if you are on any mail lists that you want to get, they will
likely get caught by this rule since they often uses BCC. For those you
need to create a rule that will catch them. Depending on what the
messages look like, you can either use the FROM or SUBJECT if the
subject always contains a some identifier. For this rule you can have
an action of just Stop processing more rules and place in in front of
the TO or CC rule.
