Oh, they know about it - they've had plenty of calls about it. Either the
guy you spoke with was clueless or he's trained not to admit it’s a known
issue.

never got back to me....they appear not to be aware of the problem - or

not admit to it..

thanks to all for the work around....i will give it a try...and I will

after Apple till they get a fix out..
