Outlook's rules and filters use "AND" except when the conditions are the
same, then it uses OR - so in your example, it's not possible unless you can
use "computer network". You could use a search folder and use querybuilder
(
http://www.outlook-tips.net/archives/2004/20040927.htm) to locate those
messages instead.
