Default Changing Calendar's layout

Thanks for your help.
I found the calendar printing assistant and can now print my monthly
calender without the week labels, but I still can't do anything about the
spaces between my appointments.

When I go to print my monthly calendar, I get the week named along the
left
side of the page before the dates for that week. I can get rid of the
week
name by changing the option to week number but I still have a space at the
beginning of my week which now has a week number instead of the week name.

When I print I also get a space between my daily appointments listing so
that I have down arrows appearing on the days that have multiple (more
than
4) appointments on a day.

How do I change the layout so that when I print I just have a calendar
with
my appointments without all the extra space that I don't need?

I'm using MS Office Outlook 2007 (12.0.6316.5000) SP1 MSO (12.0.6213.1000)
on a Windows XP Pro machine running version 5.1 (Build
2600.xpsp_sp2_qfe.070227-2300 : Service Pack 2).
