not sure why they added the extra space, other than to make it look at
little better, but they also increased the space allotted to the time
intervals in the day printouts. It's great if you need to take notes but
fewer hours fit on one page (and two pages per day does not split the hours
to the second page).

Thanks for your help.
I found the calendar printing assistant and can now print my monthly
calender without the week labels, but I still can't do anything about the
spaces between my appointments.

Those options can't be changed.

When I go to print my monthly calendar, I get the week named along the
left
side of the page before the dates for that week. I can get rid of the
week
name by changing the option to week number but I still have a space at
the
beginning of my week which now has a week number instead of the week
name.
When I print I also get a space between my daily appointments listing
so
that I have down arrows appearing on the days that have multiple (more
than
4) appointments on a day.
How do I change the layout so that when I print I just have a calendar
with
my appointments without all the extra space that I don't need?
I'm using MS Office Outlook 2007 (12.0.6316.5000) SP1 MSO
(12.0.6213.1000)
on a Windows XP Pro machine running version 5.1 (Build
2600.xpsp_sp2_qfe.070227-2300 : Service Pack 2).
