Log into the acct online and there should be a link to upgrade it. I think
its on the left side with the folder lists, but I did mine so long ago that
I forget. Or try logging in via

I guess I am kind-of confused. What do you mean was the MSN account
upgraded to a live account? How is that upgrade done?

correct, unless you have a paid acct. The free ones only support mail

contacts in Outlook (with the connector).

Do you have a paid msn account? You can only sync paid accounts
with
outlook
and only if you use the outlook connector for msn.

I use "My Calendar" through MSN. It's a useful tool since it's
internet
based and I find myself jumping to various work locations, from
where I
often
take time to check my schedule. At hime, however, I use
Microsoft
Outlook
for managing my various email accounts (work, school, personal,
etc).
How
can I download the MSN "My Calendar" into my Microsoft Outlook so
that
it's
easy to integrate in one place with all my different email
accounts?
