It usually best to setup seperate users but you should be able to get
Outlook to prompt for MAPI profiles he Control Panel Mail Show
Profiles. Select the 'Prompt' option.

Also, if it is a function of XP, would a more current version of Outlook
allow me the functionality of prompting for a user profile when I start
Outlook?
