Mark the events private and only those with permission to see private items
will see them.

I've noticed when scheduling a meeting and inviting other participants,
sometimes I can hold the cursor over the 'busy' bars on the Scheduling tab
beside each participant's name and Outlook will display a screen tip
showing
details about their own events, meetings, etc. (specifically the event
title). This is visible for some participants, but not others.

Is there a setting I can use to ensure my own event details are not
visible
to anyone who wants to view them--just show the bar without screen tip? I
have personal reminders on my Calendar in addition to work-related that I
would prefer not to share with others.
