Default OE To Outlook2007

It shouldn't ask for creating a data file. When you configure your account
it will automatically create it. It could be that there had been a previous
attempt to configure Outlook already.

Anyway, if you want to start with a new mail profile see;

Yes, it was a clean install. It did ask for me to create a "data" file
and I
did that after outlook was installed and then asking for conversion
actions.

The Pst file is a little more than 2megs.

Can i Go back to the install questions to transfer files over?

Thanks.

Was this a clean install? Then I doubt it is a full pst-file as the
default
limit for UNICODE pst-files is 20GB.
So when exactly do you get this error when doing what?
To transfer your messages from OE to Outlook, use Export from within OE.

I am migrating my emails and contacts to Outlook 2007. I have alot of
emails
5000++ in many different folders in OE.

I ran the initial setup and some emails came over from OE, but I think
the
Pst folder is full. When setting up, I created "new file.pst" to start
Outlook. I wasn't sure what it was asking, because there weren't
instructions on setup.

I can't read any emails and there is a message saying "messaging
interface
has returned an unknown error. If problem persists, restart Outlook"

Restarting has no effect on this issue.

Please help with this, as I don't understand these Pst issues.

Thanks!
