I keep getting the following error message when I try to send out an email
with a Word attachment to groups I've set up in Outlook Express:

The server reported an error. Server:
'http://oe.msn.msnmail.hotmail.com/cgi-bin/hmdata', Protocol: HTTPMail,
Server Response: 'Precondition Failed', Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Error
Number: 0x800CCC3C.

The groups vary in size from about 35 to 95 recipients. I'm sending to one
group at a time. I have been able to send out individual emails though. Can
anyone help?
