Did you actually PAY for the Hotmail account so you actually get access to
the mail host using OE? Freebie accounts don't get WebDAV access enabled
(the scripting protocol used by Hotmail and Outlook [Express] to communicate
to each other). Without a paid Hotmail account that provides WebDAV
support, you are stuck using their webmail-for-dummies interface.
