Default Filling out a form

Thanks Sue,
I've unchecked the box, now when I send it, the recipients don't even see
the form at all. All they see is a regulare e-mail message.

In order to make this work, the form needs to be published with the "send
form definition with item" box unchecked. See

I created a form using IPM.nots. I am trying to send the form to recipients
so they can reply, fill it out, and send it back to me. However, when they
reply, it created a new message (without the form). If they forward the form
back to me, it does send the form back to me but when they fill out the form,
it comes back blank on my end.
