Default Updating multiple distribution lists - why isn't this automati

Thanks. That is what I've been trying to figure out. Now, I have to delete
the person from the contact list and then re-add them. I have about 10
different lists which makes this a real hassle - plus I frequently miss
making all the changes.

It would be so much more efficient if I could just open each DL and hit
"update now" and have them all automatically updated with what is in the
Contacts file. Is there now way to do that?

Thanks.

That's my point. Update Now only works with a DL created in the current
version in the current profile in the same information store.
That's useless.

"Update now" works with 03, but not with previous versions. For me,
anyway.
Thanks

No.
You're very lucky if the Update Now button even works. It usually
doesn't.

A contact is included in multiple distribution lists. If I change his
e-mail
address, I have to find every d.l. of which he is a member, open, and
update
manually. Is there no way to automatically update all lists upon
changing
the
e-mail address?

Thanks
Tim
