Outlook continually goes into safe mode
I was told to do this by someone offsite...find the scanpst.exe for Outlook
and do a scan for the file and if it is found to need repair accomplish the
repair. So far so good.

I had the same problem and have determined the problem to be windows
desktop
searching. I uninstalled it and have no problems now.
It's better, in my opinion, to simply tell WDS to refrain from indexing your
mail.
