Default max size

The maximum message size is set by both your mail service for sending
and the recipient's mail server for receiving. to get successfully
sent, the message size must be under both limits.

If the error said "over quota", that typically mean that the recipient's
server mail box is full or would be full if this message were accepted.

Did you get the error notice while sending or after sending did you get
a message back in your Inbox?

If it occurred while sending, the message should still be in your
Outbox.

If you get a error message back in the Inbox, then OE considered the
message successfully sent, but it did not get delivered.
