Copy and paste the code into Notepad.
Locate the gif file that you want to use and replace c:\myimages\myimage.jpg
with your jpg file location.
Save As "my signature.html" Include the quotes.

You can create more than one signature, so you can have a text signature and
a jpg signature.

Take out a piece of paper. Sign it. Scan it and save it as a .jpg. Make
your sig using an HTML editor like front page and insert the scanned .jpg
in the appropriate place. Save it to disk. Go to
Tools/Options/Signatures/New/Name the sig/File/Browse and browse to the
.html file you just created. Hit apply.
