I have started working with Outlook 2003, and am exceedingly annoyed that
the messages I make are all spaced out at inordinately large intervals.

A little bit of knowledge being dangerous, I have fixed Word and Excel to
start exactly as I want them to, and would like to do the same with
Outlook.

When I am done composing a message, I Select All and |Format|Paragraph|
and set Before and After to 0 and it collapses the message somewhat, but
its annoying to have to keep doing it.

Any advice would be gratefully appreciated.
