I agree - double-check the IMF. Also make sure there aren't any
third-party junk filters or custom anti-spam rules in place.

Outlook seems to think that ALL email NOT coming from Exchange server is
junk mail. They all go to Junk folder.
Correction
All email coming from outside of our domain is considered spam. They all
go to Junk E-mail folder. The only ones in Inbox are internal email.
I'm wondering if this is exactly how Outlook junk filter works.
