Yes you can, using the Mail applet's "E-mail Accounts" button. After adding
the data file with the Data Files button, finish that dialogue then back in
the Mail applet click E-mail AccountsNext and change the "Delivery new
e-mail to the following location" drop-down at the lower left. Click
FInish.
