We are running Exchange 2007 SP1 with Outlook 2007 SP1.

Is it possible to modify the fields that are displayed in the GAL? By
default, it shows Name, Title, Business Phone, etc. I'd like to
remove Title and replace it with Department. Can this be done, and if
so, how?
