The address book will show every valid, resolved electronic address that
resides in your Contacts folder. Accordingly, one of those conditions is not
true for your configuration. We cannot figure out why from the limited
information you have posted. Examine your Contacts to see why that might be
true. Reset your Outlook Address Book if necessary (instructions for which
are posted here daily and can be reposted if you are unable to search the
other posts in this group).
