I'm having somewhat the same problem, only I can send sometimes and then I
can't . I just tried to send to messages, one went the other didn't. The
error message gave the number 0x800CCC78. I checked with my ISP, then double
checked my settings and said everything was OK. Had to be a problem with the
program. I use OUTLOOK 2003, brand new, just installed on a new PC running
XP.
Can anyone help?
