Default Missing files, Outlook won't open.

No, sorry, it doesn't - I get the same message: "This information service is
not installed"

If you go to control panel, mail and click Profiles, Add, does it work?

I'm trying to set up Outlook 2007 on a new laptop, (I'm familaiar with the
process), but when I've set up the email account and click 'Next', it
tells
me that it can't find the personal folders file and suggests I should go
to
Control Panel, double-click the Mail icon and set up a new data file. When
I
do this the message is: "The Information Service is not installed"

I've run a repair on Office 2007, to no avail. Please has anyone any other
suggestions?
