Default How do you color code events on an outlook 2000 calendar?

If you upgrade to at least Outlook 2002 you'll have that option.

My training department still runs off of outlook2000. The training
calendar
is available via exchange; however, it is not very user friendly. It would
be
helpful if I could color code the events. Currently, it is all black and
white. Seems to blend all together, especially when courses are for
several
days and overlap with others.
