Default OE disappears after sp3 upgrade

I tried that and the file wasn't there. I then did a search on my entire c
drive and found that exact executable file in the folder you specified. The
icon was faded so I guess it is hidden for some reason? Anyway, it works now.

My icon disappeared both off the start page as well as my taskbar and I
can't
find an executable file to reinstall a shortcut. Ironically, I can still
access OE from IE but I can't figure out where it's coming from. Help!
