my outgoing mail is marked as SPAM since the Service Pack 3 upgrad
Neither OE or XP/SP3 has the capacity to do this. Check your AV and
anti-spyware programs and Virgin.
Make absolutely sure that you are not scanning e-mail, incoming or outgoing.
