Use the attachment, not the forward. I usually drag it off the forward and
into a folder then delete the forwarded message. This allows me to reply as
if the message was sent to me.

rule in Outlook to redirect all my incoming emails to external address
e.g . However if someone sends me email , in my hotmail
account I can only see email coming from sender. If sender has sent
email to multiple Recipient , I can not see the list people who have
been CCd or other Recipient list in TO field.
