Go to the address book (look on tools menu) and then to its tools, options
menu. If you can identify which is the 'bad' one, delete it, else delete
both and add Contacts back.

Hello-
My contacts (Outlook 2003, SP 3) are behaving strangely. When I click on
the To: line for an email I get an error message (address list could not
be
displayed, contacts folder could not be opened, etc, etc) and when I
click
OK, I get a select names box. When I pull down the show names box, I see
two
contact lists. The first contacts list does not work, but the second
contact
list does. Is there a way to correct this?
