I am trying to set up Outlook and my e-mail accounts and get two errors:

When I open Outlook, I get a message box that says, "Outlook is currently
not your default manager for Mail, News, Calendar and Contacts. Would you
like to register Outlook as the default manager?" Clicking "Yes" does not
set
Outlook as the default manager because I get the same message every time I
open it. Also, if I go to the Default Program Manager, Outlook is not
listed
in the programs of choice.

The second error message I get appears when Outlook is open for a few
minutes or if I try to send a message. A box appears that says, "Unable to
update free/busy data. An error occurred while attempting to open the
Windows
Address Book. Unable to find the WAB DLL."

I was able to set up my Comcast e-mail address, and it seems to be working
only for incoming mail. The other addresses I added to my accounts do not
work at all.
