Default printing only header of e-mail

Always state your full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3; Vista SP1) and your
IE version (e.g., IE6; IE7) when posting to this newsgroup, please.

Start | Settings | Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs | Set Program Access
and Defaults | Double-click on downward-pointing arrows to the right of the
configuration that's already checked here (e.g., Custom; Non-Microsoft) |
Choose a default Web browser: Is Internet Explorer selected here?

1. OE uses the IE print engine so it's best to have IE as the default
browser.

2. You cannot uninstall IE if you're running Windows (but you can remove
access to it).

Please help - I'm a computer dummy and don't really know what to do! I
recently decided to use Outlook Express to manage my AOL e-mail account to
bypass their homepage, advertising, etc. I was able to link the
accounts,
etc., but since then I cannot print any of my e-mails. When I try, only
the
header prints with the from, to, cc, sent, subject lines...no body! I do
not use IE as it caused many problems for me so I uninstalled it (had this
same problem before uninstalling!). Can someone please help me? It would
be so greatly appreciated!
