Umm, Frank, you're confused about Outlook, Outlook Express (OE).
OE only exports to the default PST file of theinstalled Outlook
or Exchange.
That is blatantly untrue: PST has zero to do with OE.
The .PST files are Outlook's, NOT Outlook Express. Outlook
and OE are two entirely different applications. Outlook will
also, by the way, import/export WABs and dbx files if you want it
to. I use them both.
Outlook Express imports/exports the wab and dbx files
appropriately and there is NO .PST file involved.
There is also a utility, oe freebie backup that will help in
this way too, and which has good written support with it. It's
available at oehelp.com. In fact, there are lots of answerst at
oehelp.com. It'll also detail just where all the files are if
one wants to manually copy/paste them.

Use Export from the old machine. Then use Import on the new
machine. It'll add the stuff, not overwrite it.
No!
OE only exports to the default PST file of theinstalled Outlook
or Exchange.
