I too have been looking at the default time for events. Because I have synced
three different sources I have alarms going off a 23:45 as well as 06:00.
I think the easiest way to sort this out is for the default alarm time to be
set to the User's working hours setting I used to have this function when I
used my Psion 5mx so it is possible.
