Default set time as "free"

Only by creating a custom form with Free selected, publishing it then
setting it as the default form.

If you need steps to do this, see
http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/publish_form.htm
http://www.outlook-tips.net/archives/2004/20040524.htm

If you need more assistance, we need to know the version of outlook.

Every time I add a new appointment, it automatically sets the time as
Busy.
I don't like this. I want it to alway set time to Free, unless I change
it.
Is that possible?
