Don't confuse "PST" with "account". They're not the same thing.

We have two ID's on our old and new computer. The main or first
account transferred great! New PC shows all the old emails and
contacts. The second ID is the one I am having problems with.

Perhaps if you state your Outlook version, account type, and what exactly
you're doing to transfer the data, both on the source computer and the
destination computer, someone will be able to assist you.
