I am running Outlook 2003 (11.8010.6568) SP2

Noticed just recently (yesterday) my Outlook folders are missing one
or more letters from their name. For instance, Saved Items are "Saved
Iten" When I click rename "Saved Items" on the right click menu, it
shows the correct name in the little box, and is ok after I click out.
But when I re-open Outlook, the names are missing digits again.

Are you sure your Navigation Pane is wide enough to show the entire name?
Click on its right edge and drag it farther right to make it a little wider.

Navigation Pane width doesn't do anything, still missing letters. I
repaired MS Office successfully, but that didn't help, either...
