I repeat:

"Situation: 2 exchange mailboxes (user1 and user2), both are being read
logged in as user 1 (user1 is a delegate of user2, so this works fine).

However, when user2 replies to mails from his inbox, they arrive at the
sender as being sent from user1. This is normal, since user1 is logged

It is possible though the change the "from" field to user2, and then it's
fine. But my question is: is it possible that Outlook automatically fills
in the correct "from" field? (ie. user1 when replying to mails in the
inbox
of user1, and user2 when replying to mails in the inbox of user2).
