I've used Outlook Express for several years and recently it stopped "Sending" my emails. My service provider couldn't help and I couldn't figure out what went wrong so I got talked into using "Webmail" by Comcast. Well....I'd like to try "Outlook". Do I have to purchase a package of some sort? Thanks.
