How large is Sent Items?
Either the Outbox or Sent Items could be corrupt and that is causing your
problem. There is a way to fix that problem.

Have you tried creating a new Identity?
If the new Identity works, then you can import your messages from the old
Identity.

I've used Outlook Express for several years and recently it stopped
"Sending" my emails. My service provider couldn't help and I couldn't
figure out what went wrong so I got talked into using "Webmail" by
Comcast. Well....I'd like to try "Outlook". Do I have to purchase a
