Recently, my computer froze and then went "blue screen" .. I have partially
corrected the problem, but I am now getting:

The procedure entry point SHRegGetValueW could not be located in the dynamic
link library SHLWAPI.dll windows NT

when I try to log to the internet .. where can I find this file to reload ..
