Thanks Milly. I see that option in Outlook 2007. Now I'm wondering if I
should upgrade my entire enterprise to 2007 to make use of that option.
Thanks again!

AFAIK, Outlook 2003 does not offer this option. Outlook 2007 does (but I
could be mistaken, I don;t use IMAP)

How to ask a question: http://support.microsoft.com/KB/555375
After furious head scratching, Doug D asked:
| When sending mail using Outlook Express with an account configured
| for IMAP access, you get the option for sent mail to be saved on your
| IMAP server (On the IMAP Tab). All mail sent is stored in the IMAP
| folder and not in the local Sent folder, which is what I want.
|
| In Outlook 2003 there is no IMAP tab and all sent mail is stored in
| Outlook's local Sent folder, NOT on the IMAP SERVER! Therefore the
| Sent mail in not available unless I look at it on the computer where
| it was sent, somewhat defeating the purpose of IMAP access.
|
| How can I configure Outook to behave the same as Outlook Express in
| this regard?
