In Outlook's Help, look for "command-line switches".

And a new mail profile? I can't
control the one I already have! I found the reset view and holefully reset
the Send folder, but I'm not sure what it was reset to, since nothing
appeared to change. I'm not sure what qualifies as an add-in, so I suspect
I
am not running anything extra in Outlook.
