it either means the admin disabled it or they view you are using wasn't
customized. Look on the view menu - what view are you using?

This is interesting: On my home computer I reset the view with no problem.
On my work computer (that I'm having the problem with) the 'Reset View'
button is grayed out.

Did you try resetting the view? right click on the row of field names
and choose custom.
