Default Exporting Contacts

"Street" address info is maintained in Outlook as a single field for all
addresses (Business, Home, Other) and is exported as a single "multiline"
field (multiline = linebreaks (CR LF) contained between individual street
address lines). This has been the case in all versions of Outlook. The
StreetAddress2/3 fields are used by the Outlook import wizard to allow
multiple street address fields to be imported into the "Street Address"
field but contain no data when exporting.

Your options a

#1 - Output to Excel and split the "Street Address" line into multiple
columns
#2 - Use a 3rd party export program that explicitly exports the street
address field into individual street address line fields
(ContactGenie Exporter is one such product -

Outlook 2003

When I export Contacts folder to Excel or Access I get BusinessStreet2
and 3 in BusinessStreet column and not in separate columns of their own.

In the first place when entering data in Outlook there is no separate
"boxes" to enter 2nd and 3rd street data and are entered in a single "box"
with line returns.

How can this problem solved?
