Did you try the Calendar Printing Assistant from Microsoft? That's
free. I don't know, however, if it will print an entire year (the print
would have to be pretty small to fit on one page), since I have never
needed to do that.

I suggested that option to him 2 weeks ago, and he says he doesn't see
the yearly calendar.
