Are you using cached mode?

I'm not using Caching Mode

Word as e-mail editor?

Yes

Does it take as long if the user sends a *new* message?

No, new messages are delivered fine

You mention "internal" mail - but does this happen for *all* mail?

Well, If I reply to a Internet mail the problem happens as well

What e-mail accounts do you have in your profile?
Try installing SP2 for Office/Outlook (you should be running this anyway)

Am wondering why you aren't using cached mode, since you're using a laptop,
especially.

I've Outlook 2003 SP1 (on Microsoft XP SP2 Tablet PC) working with
an Exchange 2000 account. I have the following problem: sometimes it
takes a long time to reply to an internal e-mail. Other users works
fine.
The user open the message, write the reply text, click on Send
button: since that click a blank page appears and stay active more
than 30 seconds, then disappears and the message is delivered. No
errors were encountered. In system tray a double mail icon appears
while system tries to send the message.
I already have activated the log OPMLog.log without any interesting
events got.

Any tips ?

Thanks
Sergio

You might also update Office/Outlook to SP2.....
